Sacco Mann are recruiting for an exciting new opportunity at one of the best large firms to work at based in their Leicester office. The firm is looking for 0-2 PQE Employment Solicitor to join their successful team and provide an excellent and personal service to the firm's client base. The department is well-established and has an enviable client base, dealing with both regional and national businesses.
The Role
You will be working on a broad ranging caseload of employment matters, both contentious and non-contentious.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing cases from start to finish
- Advise and assist clients in relation to their matters, ensuring a high level of client service is always maintained and that the client's aims are met (subject to professional and regulatory requirements)
- Manage all aspects of the client relationship
About You
- Qualified Solicitor between 0-2 years PQE with case handling experience within an employment law team
- Previous experience with respondent matters (any experience with claimant work will be desirable)
- Excellent client care skills
- Driven to develop your employment law career further
