The position also offers a rare and valuable opportunity to work part of the week on secondment with a longstanding client — gaining hands-on, internal HR experience.You'll be involved in a broad range of high-quality employment matters, including:
  • Advising on disciplinary and grievance issues, dismissals, and discrimination claims
  • Handling TUPE, whistleblowing, redundancy, and restructures
  • Delivering strategic advice to boards and senior leadership teams
  • Representing and advising senior executives across a variety of sectors
  • Providing internal HR training and supporting client development initiatives
  • Maintaining strong financial and case management, including billing and time recording
  • Contributing to business development and continuing your own personal and technical growth
