The Role

• Independently manage a personal caseload of legal matters, ensuring timely and efficient progression of cases
• Handle a diverse portfolio of pre-litigated and litigated claims, including matters related to Highways Law, Occupiers' Liability, Employers' Liability and Housing Disrepair
• Provide support to senior fee earners by assisting with their cases and contributing to successful outcomes
• Prepare cases for trial
• Contribute to business development
• Draft pleadings and witness statements
• Attend court and conferences

About You

• NQ to 2 years PQE
• Experience in defending litigated claims is preferred, though candidates with Claimant litigation experience will also be considered
• Strong knowledge of CPR and litigation procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers
• Strong IT skills and attention to detail
• Effective time management and organisational skills
