The Role
- Independently manage a personal caseload of legal matters, ensuring timely and efficient progression of cases
- Handle a diverse portfolio of pre-litigated and litigated claims, including matters related to Highways Law, Occupiers' Liability, Employers' Liability and Housing Disrepair
- Provide support to senior fee earners by assisting with their cases and contributing to successful outcomes
- Prepare cases for trial
- Contribute to business development
- Draft pleadings and witness statements
- Attend court and conferences

About You
- NQ to 2 years PQE
- Experience in defending litigated claims is preferred, though candidates with Claimant litigation experience will also be considered
- Strong knowledge of CPR and litigation procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers
- Strong IT skills and attention to detail
- Effective time management and organisational skills
