Solicitor - Probate, Wills, and Trusts (4+ PQE) - Leicester / Hybrid Working -Salary £48,000 - £60,000Are you an experienced legal professional looking to join a dynamic and growing Wills & Probate department? We are working with a leading law firm in Leicester seeking a Lawyer with expertise in Probate, Wills, and Trusts to provide quality advice to clients while supporting the department's ongoing growth.Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality legal advice on Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Inheritance Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection matters, and Trusts.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, including Wills, Estate Accounts, and LPAs, and handle a mixed caseload.
  • Manage your own caseload effectively, ensuring prompt client follow-ups and detailed attendance notes.
  • Attend client meetings at the office, hospitals, care homes, or client homes when required.
