An interesting opportunity has arisen for a Wills, Probate and Trust Solicitor to join a law firm just outside of Leicester.Your Role:While in this role your duties may include but are not limited to:
  • Handling the drafting of wills, trusts and Lasting Power of Attorney
  • Overseeing probate applications, as well as administering estates
  • Supplying specialist and tailored advice regarding estate planning, tax implications and trusts
  • Communicating with various parties including clients, beneficiaries and any other professional required to secure a seamless process
  • Ensuring knowledge of relevant legislations and best practices is kept up to date
You MUST Have:Please apply ONLY if you meet the following criteria:
  • Qualified solicitor or legal executive
  • 3 years at least of post qualified experience in Wills and Probate Law
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational abilities
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with clients and understand their needs and requirements
