With a commitment to excellence and innovation, we take pride in delivering superior products to our clients.Key Responsibilities• Projects: To undertake short-medium-long term projects/quality activities and the project management of projects to reduce yield, scrap, and rework, and improve process efficiency in-line with business objectives. Objective: • Practical fixer: Hands on approach & formalised quick response quality fixes through-out all manufacturing cells. Developing trends, daily arising quality issues in the production environment robustly fixed at source. • Root Cause: Undertake RCCA & PA, 8D root cause with corrective actions investigations in timely manner. • Zero Defects toolbox: Apply Zero Defect tools to nonconformance/process assessments for root cause corrective action, process risk reduction and measurement process assessments i.e., PFD, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA & 8D. Objective: In-line with site coverage plan.• Audits: Plan and carry out internal audits, reporting and analyse results. Assist departments with corrective and preventative action from audit findings. Compiling summary reports on audit activity and its effectiveness.• Analytical: Carry out reviews and report on non-conformance data for repeated quality issues/NC using Syteline ERP system. Support internal 1D quality schedules with quality defect trends and 4 blocker presentations. • Shop floor: Active involvement in shop floor training, investigations, quality awareness and enforcing the importance of quality to customers and business efficiency. • 6’s: Active involvement in departmental 6’s objectives. • Cardinal Rules: Address and ensure compliance with company/corporate Cardinal Rules of quality and safety.
