What You Will Do:
- Conduct detailed investigations of existing design processes, including Technical Design Review System and Working Groups & Technical Guideline control.
- Engage in requirements gathering for process improvement proposals.
- Take charge of system definition and planning to meet business and ISO requirements.
- Design, script, and develop UI using Google Applications like Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Google Docs.
- Perform process and system testing and deployment.
- Develop training material and deliver in-person training for new processes & systems.
- Oversee the maintenance, administration, and improvement of existing processes and systems.
- Facilitate data transfer between existing and new systems.
What You Will Bring:
- A keen interest in process improvement within the automotive or manufacturing sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Google Applications (Sheets, Forms, Docs, etc.) and an aptitude for learning new technologies.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- We are in a rural location, so driving licence is essential.Â
