Does this sound like you?Are you a Conveyancing Assistant or Paralegal stuck in a rut and longing for your own caseload?My client is looking for a dedicated and ambitious Conveyancing Assistant or Paralegal to join their team in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience in residential property law and is looking to take the next step in their career by managing their own caseload. The role offers a structured training program and plenty of support to help you progress as a case handling conveyancer.This is an initially office-based position with hybrid and flexible working available after probation.The RoleAs a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to clients and third parties, handling residential conveyancing matters with professionalism and expertise. The role includes managing a caseload of 40–70 files, dealing with the sale and purchase of both freehold and leasehold transactions, and ensuring all cases are completed within set targets and deadlines.YouMy client is looking for someone who:
  • Has a minimum of 1 years’ experience assisting with or managing residential conveyancing caseloads.
  • Demonstrates strong IT skills, with experience using case management systems.
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly with clients.
  • Can work efficiently under pressure and meet targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Is keen to take on responsibility and manage their own files while providing excellent client service.
