Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert mortgage advice to clients referred by the estate agency.
- Maximize business opportunities by handling estate agency leads (earning 50% commission) and self-generated leads (earning 65% commission).
- Manage the full mortgage process, ensuring exceptional client service throughout.
- Liaise with the estate agency team and build strong relationships with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience working as a Mortgage Advisor/Broker within an estate agency setting.
- Strong knowledge of the mortgage market and a track record of success.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently, with a self-motivated, target-driven attitude.
- Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
