Description
- Direct, design, organise Warehouse automation-related activities within the solutions design and innovation team.
- Develop strategies to enhance overall warehouse efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure all warehouse automation solutions are executed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor automation systems to ensure optimum performance.
- Generate and present regular reports on warehouse automation performance.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse environment.
- Stay updated with latest technologies in warehouse automation and logistics.
Profile
A successful Senior Warehouse Automation Solutions Manager should have:
- A degree in Engineering, Logistics or related field.
- Proven experience in warehouse automation in the 3rd Party logistics sector.
- Strong leadership and organisational abilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Experience with AutoCAD, CLASS or Sketch up.
- Proficiency in using excel, Access, Powerbi for data analysis.
Job Offer
- An attractive salary range of £70,000 - £85,000.
