Supply Chain Value Stream Manager

The Transformation team is seeking a key player to support our mission of driving change aligned with business priorities, focusing mainly on SG&A functions. You'll work closely with IT to manage system developments and integration, aiming to improve customer excellence across internal and external processes.

Key initiatives you'll be part of include:

  • Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP): Expanding demand forecasting across divisions using new software, rolling out principles company-wide by 2025.
  • Data: Implementing a new data platform to enhance accuracy, access, and reporting.
  • Standardised Working: Ensuring consistent, seamless customer experiences across our growing business, especially post-acquisition.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Strategies: Partner with leadership to align project objectives with organizational goals, delivering value to the business and customers.
  • Evaluate Opportunities: Use value stream mapping and process reviews to minimize waste and risk, collaborating with teams to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Build the Case for Change: Develop business cases for transformation, including resource planning and benefit-cost analysis.
  • Assess Change Readiness: Measure the maturity of functions and their readiness for change.
  • Define Success Criteria: Establish success metrics and incorporate them into progress reporting.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Engage with cross-functional teams, communicate changes, and provide guidance to drive transformation.
  • Project Planning and Tracking: Develop project plans, track progress, and report risks with mitigation strategies.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and evaluate project risks, reporting on potential impacts and taking action.
