About the Role:In this pivotal role, you’ll lead and support a team of five, ensuring the smooth movement of Engine parts and products across international borders. You’ll play a key role in managing customs compliance, transportation logistics, and associated risk controls.  This opportunity arises due to internal progression—the current manager is stepping into a new role—so we’re looking for someone ready to make an impact and grow with us long-term.  Key Skills & Experience:
  • 3–5 years in transport, customs, logistics, or compliance
  • Strong understanding of customs regulations and risk management
  • Microsoft 365 proficiency; experience with customs platforms (e.g., Ricardo and PowerBI) desirable
  • Previous leadership experience OR subject matter expertise
  • Knowledge of health & safety regulations in logistics environment.
  • A degree would be ideal, but we welcome applications from experienced professionals without formal qualifications.
