Role: Warehouse and Dispatch Manager Location: LeicestershireSalary: £45,000-£50,000 per annumOur client is a leading company in the FMCG sector and is now looking for a talented Warehouse Manager and Dispatch Manager. The role is to manage all aspects of the warehouse including Goods In, Stocktaking, Inventory, Picking, Packing and Returns and Dispatch.They require a hands on style to lead from the front, bringing energy and experience to deliver required improvements to people and process performance.Key Responsibilities include:* To lead and manage all direct reports to deliver customer daily orders in the most cost-effective manner.* To develop a Continuous Improvement culture to improve warehouse performance efficiencies.* To drive KPI's in your team for health and safety, quality, customer service, labour and materials.* Through direct reports, ensure that all functional requirements and SLA's are fully completed and conformed to.* Develop relationships and work in collaboration with other departments to ensure stock is available.* Ensure training within your team is completed to health and safety standards and company procedures.* Ensure that the WMS system is fully utilised and information is maintained in line with company procedures with up to date / accurate stock count.* Part of implementation of new ERP system in the business.Ideal Candidate:* Experience in a Warehouse Manager position in the FMCG sector.* A hands on leader that will lead from the front on the factory floor.* Capable of delivering excellent Health & Safety standards.* Experience with WMS systems / ERP systems and utilising them effectively* Strong communication and leadership skills to build a strong rapport with your team and deliver a high level of performance.If you believe you have the skills and personality to fit these requirements, please get in touch with Will Malcolm at / .By applying to this advertised job, you consent for Henderson Brown Recruitment Ltd to hold your information.
