Role: Motor Fleet Claims Handler

Location: Leicester/Hybrid working

Are you experienced in broking or insurance with a particular focus on Transport & Logistics? We are looking for a dedicated Claims Handler to manage a diverse range of claims, work closely with clients, insurers, and brokers, and deliver exceptional outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage claims within the Transport & Logistics sector, including Haulage and Motor/Fleet.
  • Negotiate settlements, ensuring transparent and professional communication with clients, brokers, and insurers.
  • Ensure claims files are managed efficiently, meeting internal standards and compliance.
  • Collaborate across teams and participate in internal meetings as needed.

About You:

  • You have a solid background in broking or insurance, ideally with experience in Transport & Logistics claims.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing a range of claims while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a commitment to continuous improvement and achieving great results.
