Electrical Maintenance Engineer. Our client is a leading food manufacturing company dedicated to delivering high-quality products across the UK and beyond. As part of their growth, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer to join their dynamic maintenance team. If you are passionate about engineering and have a background in maintaining food production machinery, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on a range of electrical systems, machinery, and production equipment in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
- Diagnose and repair faults, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient operation of production lines.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve machinery performance and reliability.
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and modification of new and existing equipment.
- Ensure all electrical work is performed in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and testing of electrical components, such as sensors, motors, and control panels.
- Liaise with production teams to ensure equipment operates at optimal efficiency.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in electrical maintenance, ideally within a food manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Knowledge of PLC fault finding, control systems, and automation.
- Experience with single and three-phase electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- A good understanding of health & safety regulations in an industrial setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
