The Role
- Perform planned and reactive electrical and mechanical maintenance on machinery and assets.
- Minimise machinery downtime by working closely with production teams.
- Investigate and resolve breakdowns, implementing solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
- Maintain effective systems, including CMMS, preventative maintenance schedules, and safety audits.
- Coordinate third-party engineering activities and ensure safe material use.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance in manufacturing or production.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards, compliance, and engineering systems.
- Flexibility for shift work and multi-site travel.
