Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (6am - 6pm)

Here at The Navigator Company, formerly Accrol, we are looking for Maintenance Multi Skilled Engineer to ensure the safe and continuous production of the plant by swiftly responding to any equipment failures.

As our Multi-skilled Engineer, you will…

  • Ensure that the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule is adhered to effectively and all relevant documentation is completed.
  • Complete repairs and breakdowns in a timely manner and perform RCA’s (Root Cause Analysis) to ensure corrective and preventative actions are completed.
  • Perform all statutory inspections on time and log all remedial works as required.
  • Identify and implement improvements and be part of the continuous improvement culture.

About you

We would like you to have significant experience of working in a fast-paced factory environment in a Planned Maintenance or Reactive Maintenance role. Qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 3 (or HND, HNC, ONC, City & Guilds) in a relevant subject, you will hold 17th or 18th Edition and will be skilled in fault finding and diagnostics. With strong communication skills and flexible approach to working, you will be knowledgeable in PLC and HMI controls and will be experienced in Mechanical, Pneumatic and Hydraulics.
