Site Manager - LE7 Area - Leicester
Start date - 7th April
This is a 2 week assignment with the possibility of an extension
A Site Manager is required to oversee personnel working and activities on construction projects. They will be required to ensure everyone adheres to workplace health and safety standards and that teams complete projects on schedule. Their responsibility would include sorting site permits, taking in deliveries on site and overseeing general activities for one of the UK's leading landscape/grounds maintenance company.
Shift Times: Monday to Friday 08:00-4:30pm
Pay Rate 20.17-24.65 depending on experience
Candidates will need the below
- Hold a valid GOLD or BLACK CSCS Card
- Hold SMSTS Certificate
- Confident with site management duties
- To be physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Safety conscious mindset is key.
- Experience in working in a busy team and providing a high-quality service.
- Experience in a similar Grounds Maintenance role is desirable.
