A well-established social housing contractor is seeking a Site Supervisor for a permanent position in the Leicester area, specifically overseeing the Bathroom stream.
Candidates must have experience as a bathroom supervisor within social housing and possess a full UK driving licence.
The role involves managing trades operatives, monitoring materials, and reporting issues on-site with photos.
The salary for this position ranges from £35,000 to £40,000, depending on experience, and requires full-time availability.
In addition to a company van and fuel card, the Site Supervisor will enjoy various other benefits while working 37.5 hours a week.

A position has arisen with a well-established social housing contractor, for a Site Supervisor to work in the Leicester area, This is a permanent contract where you will be overseeing the Bathroom stream.

As the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Overseeing trades operatives working on the bathroom stream
Managing work completion
Monitoring materials
Reporting to the office with photos of any issues on site
Representing the company whilst working within domestic properties
Working alongside other trades professionals to complete projects to the highest standard where necessary

In order to be eligible for the Site Supervisor role, you must:

Have experience working as a bathroom supervisor within social housing
Have a full UK driving licence
Be willing to travel to Leicester and the surrounding areas
Be able to work full time (part time in office, part time on site)

In return, the Site Supervisor will receive:

£35,000 - £40,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
Company van and fuel card
37.5 hours a week
Permanent employment
