We are hiring for a Business Administrator that is experienced in Financial Operations and day to day running of an office, in the Leicester. This is an opportunity to join our client and their dynamic team, with potential to develop your career and you will be supporting different departments, enabling smooth operations across the business.

Duties of a Business Administrator

In this role you will be working in supporting different departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Reporting to the manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Administrative tasks; filing, reception duties, supplies management
  • Financial Operations; bank reconciliation and analysis, month end reports
  • Cash Management; control of petty cash and end of month reconciliation
  • Invoices; importing, resolving any issues, chasing outstanding accounts and credit notes
  • Purchase Order; communication of purchase orders between suppliers and internal

Skills and experience of a Business Administrator

As a Business Administrator, you need have experience with;

  • Previous experience within administration
  • Strong numerical competency and computer skills

It would be beneficial to the Business Administrator role if you also had;

  • Great organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent phone etiquette
