Leading, coach and inspire the engineering and maintenance team

Assess, train and develop the existing team.

Monitor and drive continuous improvement across the site and department

Cover performance management, oversee absence, H&S and grievances.

Manage the engineering and maintenance budgets

Provide technical support when required
