The opportunity would suit a customer focused Operations Management professional who not only has sound commercial and financial acumen but also possess operational expertise in respect of ensuring that the site runs as efficiently as possible. It is important that you have an enquiring mind, are detail oriented, and are constantly looking at opportunities for continuous improvement. This will extend throughout all areas of the business to include operations, sales, customer satisfaction, H&S, leadership and the people agenda. You will also hold exacting standards when it comes to quality and compliance. You will be used to a very fast paced production related environment.

The scope of this role is wide and varied and your man-management expertise cannot be underestimated; you will be a naturally energetic, motivational leader with drive and passion in what you do, capable of creating a collaborative team work ethic and an environment in which people feel they are really part of the success of the business.

You will inspire a culture based upon teamwork, recognising and rewarding exceptional performance and conversely addressing any areas of below standard performance consistently and fairly. Exceptional communication skills and an ability to give direction will be essential.
