As an Operations Manager, you'll help oversee waste collection from a modern depot in Leicester. This is an office based role with a start time of 6am, with flexible working arrangements available for the right candidate.
WHO WOULD THIS ROLE SUIT:

DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Lead and motivate a large team.
- Support and develop team members.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor operations and implement improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with other Team Leaders.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Team Leader experience
- Sustainability and refuse/recycling industry experience would be desirable.
- HGV License would be a major plus.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
A salary of £32,000 - £35,000 is available dependant on experience.
