Are you an experienced Operations Manager looking for your next challenge? Ground Control Ltd is seeking a talented Senior Operations Manager to drive the success of our Utility Arboriculture team.
About the Role:
As the Senior Operations Manager, you’ll report directly to the Operations Director and play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe, high-quality, and efficient delivery of our Utility Arb Vegetation management contracts. You’ll oversee a dynamic team of Contract Delivery Managers, fostering a culture of excellence in safety, quality, and operational delivery while driving business growth.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Leading and mentoring Contract Delivery Managers to surpass client and internal KPIs.
- Executing the strategic vision for the Utility Arboriculture division.
- Mobilising new contracts and embedding best practices across the division.
- Championing safety and ensuring compliance at every level.
- Managing budgets, programmes, and contractual negotiations.
- Reporting on performance metrics, including safety and profitability.
What We’re Looking For:
This role is ideal for a proactive leader with a proven track record in Utilities, Construction, or Facilities Management, who is ready to inspire a diverse team.

- Extensive contract management experience in utilities or construction.
