Futures are excited to be partnering with a leading, multi - billion £ FMCG manufacture who are well-known in the market for their market leading products we all use on a daily basis!
You will play a critical role in the development, optimisation, and implementation of food manufacturing processes. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that new and existing products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
As a Senior Process Technologist you will...
- Manage a team of 4 Process Development Technologists
- Lead the development and optimization of food manufacturing processes from concept to launch
- Conduct trials and experiments to develop new processes and improve existing ones, ensuring scalability and feasibility for production
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, Production, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of new processes
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process flow diagrams, and technical reports
- Analyse process performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices

To be a Senior Process Technologist you will need...
- Previous experience within a Process/NPD role with a great knowledge of Food manufacturing
- People management experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience meeting the NPD needs of large retailers
