We're recruiting for a Site Manager to oversee refurbishment projects, with individual project values ranging from 50k to 2.5m. The role will involve managing two live commercial sites - one in Warwick and one in Nottingham - so flexibility to travel between sites is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily site operations and manage subcontractors and trades
Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards
Monitor programme, budget, and material delivery schedules
Maintain accurate site documentation and reports
Liaise effectively with Power Grid stakeholders and internal teams
Requirements:
Previous experience managing commercial refurbishments
SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid certifications
Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills
Willingness to travel between Warwick and Nottingham as needed
Experience with utility clients or infrastructure projects is advantageous
