PURPOSE OF ROLE: Joining this firm, you will have the opportunity to become a big part of its future and succession planning.
You will generate a strong message for the brand and be part of the whole sales and marketing process, developing relationships with clients and focusing on taking the company to the next level.
The aim is to maximise profits through developing sales and marketing strategies that match customer requirements and by promoting the business.
Initial Induction: You will spend time learning the business, product range and systems before taking on the following duties.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take the led on projects
- Generate quotes to prospective customers
- Create awareness of and develop the brand you are marketing
- Market research to profile potential customers and generation of critical data
- communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships - this could be via telephone, email, face to face visits /exhibitions
- help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing, and campaigns
- support the Director in delivering agreed activities
- write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns
- work alongside the external social media agent regarding social media channels (e.g. Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement
- arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials
- develop relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:
- Relevant degree
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven customer focused experience
- Commercially aware
- Ability to communicate on all levels and engage with wide audience
- Good understanding of marketing techniques and how to implement
- Social Media Literate
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ambitious and motivated
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages
HOURS OF WORK: 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday
SALARY: £25,000 - 27,000
