Sonic Summary

A new position is available for a Mobile Maintenance AC Engineer to work with a leading client in the FM sector, focusing on healthcare facilities in the Midlands and Eastern regions.
The role requires an NVQ Level 2 and FGAS Category 1 certification, with previous experience in a similar position necessary.
Key responsibilities include servicing air conditioning units, performing reactive visits, and maintaining accurate asset lists.
The salary for this position is £45,000 per year, with additional benefits such as door-to-door pay, overtime opportunities, and private medical insurance after probation.
Working hours are from 8am to 5pm, and there is no call-out rota involved.

We have a fantastic new job opening for a Mobile Maintenance AC Engineer to join forces with one of our most successful and expanding clients within the FM sector!

Straight to the point, our client has taken on an extension on their contract looking after a range of healthcare facilities within the Midlands and Eastern region. (1 Engineer required for each role)

Air-conditioning Engineer Duties:

Meeting with existing customers onsite to undertake maintenance/service to previously installed air conditioning units.
Complete reactive visits, including fault find, diagnosis, isolate and repair.
Deliver remedial works and other small projects.
Update, renew and correct asset lists to ensure that the correct contract is kept up to date. Complete assigned service and maintenance list of inspections to a high standard.
Ensure all company requirements in relations to paperwork, time sheets, activity sheets and vehicle checks are adhered to and completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Air-conditioning Engineer Specification:

NVQ Level 2, along with FGAS Category 1
Health and safety qualifications such as PASMA and IPAF are advantageous but not essential. Ability to technically problem solve.
Ability to work and liaise with the other end user client.
Previous experience in similar role
