We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer to join a growing team, focusing on the repair and maintenance of Impact Protection Vehicles (IPVs) and related traffic management equipment. This role involves a mix of workshop and field-based work along the M25 motorway.
Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose faults, repair, and service IPVs, mobile light towers, VMS signs, and mini light arrows.

Perform preventative maintenance and equipment modifications.

Maintain accurate service records and ensure stock is managed effectively.

Occasionally travel to customer sites for inspections and repairs.

Ensure workshop organisation and compliance with safety standards.

Provide professional customer service and collaborate with internal teams.
Requirements:

Experience with 12/24v electrical systems, mechanical repairs, and hydraulics.

Ability to read circuit diagrams and assembly drawings.

Experience with HGVs or traffic management equipment (desirable).

Forklift licence (essential).

Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
