Job title: Senior Mechanical Engineer

Reporting to the Principal Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of mechanical subassemblies, from specification through to manufacture and validation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop mechanical performance specifications for mechanical subassemblies based on overall system requirements.
- Design, validate, and oversee the timely manufacture of mechanical components and assemblies.
- Generate documentation to support manufacturing and service introduction.
- Lead mechanical project design reviews and oversee junior engineers and subcontractors.
- Work closely with Business Development and Operations teams on new and existing product developments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in product design, with expertise in small mechanisms, drives, and controls.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing engineering, materials, methods, and processes.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CAD software (such as SolidWorks, NX, Catia, ProE) and MS Office.
