Client Details

Our client is a Midlands based Housing Association with a large concentration of housing stock in Leicester and surrounding areas.

Description

You will be responsible for carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance in occupied properties
You will be required to carry out a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, primarily Joinery repairs however you will also be required to undertake basic repairs in plumbing, plastering, decorating and other general building works

Profile

Ideally you will have a recognised qualification in Joinery (NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds)
Previous experience working in social housing repairs and maintenance is essential
Other qualifications such as; Asbestos awareness, Working at Heights and Manual Handling are desirable
Full UK Driving License
