Week1: Monday to Friday 05:30-14:00( Early finish on Friday 13:30)

Week 2 Monday to Thursday 14:00-22:30

Night Shift: Monday to Thursday: 22.30 - 05.30

Friday: 13.00 - 20.30

GI Pro are working in partnership with an Aerospace company, based in Thurmaston, who are one of the world's largest manufacturer of Airplane Components for the Aerospace sector.

Our client is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Continues Forging to join their growing team.

Immediate starts available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain continuous forging equipment.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Adjust machine settings to meet production requirements.
  • Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot issues.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and company procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to optimize output.

Requirements:

  • Experience in forging or metalworking processes (continuous forging preferred).
  • Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
  • Willingness to work shifts and in a physically demanding role.
