We're looking for a skilled and proactive PA / Administrator on behalf of a thriving local business, known for supplying an exciting range of high-quality products to major retailers.
The successful candidate will provide essential support to a team of Directors and colleagues across the business, ensuring that clerical processes run smoothly and that any administrative problems are identified and resolved as quickly as possible.

As PA / Administrator, you will have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Supporting three Directors by providing diary management, expense reports, and admin duties
- Assisting other teams within the business with day to day admin, compiling reports in Excel, creating presentations in PowerPoint and managing ecommerce orders and the despatch of goods
- Carrying out some administrative tasks in accounts (filing invoices, purchases etc)
- Liaising with visitors, arranging hospitality and carrying out general housekeeping
We're looking for a PA / Administrator with the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role within a busy office environment
- IT Proficient with good knowledge of MS Office
- Well organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask with good attention to detail
- Positive and helpful; enjoys working as part of a collaborative and helpful team
- Must have a full, clean driving licence for the requirements of the role
