The Opportunity:

We’re partnering with a leading Medical Device company to recruit high-achieving salespeople to drive business growth across NHS and private hospitals. In this field-based role, you’ll be selling innovative medical solutions, with a special focus on vascular access products, into operating theatres and critical care departments.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing a territory and developing a robust sales strategy.
  • Driving new business development and delivering/exceeding sales targets.
  • Building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.

The Ideal Candidate:

You have at least 18 months of B2B field sales experience with a proven track record of new business development. You’re proactive, results-driven, and possess a natural ability to identify and secure new opportunities.

  • A strong desire to succeed and a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Great communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • A full UK driving license and residency within the territory.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to plan and execute a territory growth plan.
