The Role

Do you have a flair for product development in homeware? Are you a seasoned professional at managing client relationships with ease? If so, we are looking for an energetic Account Executive to join our team.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Senior Account Manager to develop commercial product ranges and nurture client relationships, ensuring our commitment to “Right Product, Right Price, On Time” for every client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Development: Collaborate with our team to create stylish, on-trend homeware ranges tailored to our clients’ commercial requirements.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Provide a seamless experience for clients, addressing needs promptly and exceeding expectations.
  • Costing & Quotes: Prepare and review costs, manage quotes, and ensure accurate pricing.
  • Project Coordination: Manage timelines, meet internal and client deadlines, and maintain accuracy across all systems.
  • Administration: Oversee sample management, packaging artwork approvals, and general administrative duties to support account operations.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all client requirements (e.g., packaging, audits, testing) are met to the highest standards.
