Import Merchandiser (Polish Speaking)

Salary: £24k - £26k (Dependent on Experience)
Our client, a rapidly expanding manufacturing and distribution company based in Leicester, is seeking an experienced Import Merchandiser to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
. Collaborate with various offices and factories to manage tight production schedules.
. Liaise with customers and fabric suppliers for lab dips, strike-off approvals, and bulk deliveries.
. Oversee the critical path to ensure production runs on time.
. Manage and track in-house purchase orders.
. Maintain a tracker for weekly sample and component dispatches to each factory.
. Ensure weekly production plans are received from factories and updated for the customer.
. Arrange freight import quotes and monitor shipment progress.
Qualifications & Skills:
. Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.
. Strong communication skills with the ability to perform well under pressure.
. A proactive, solution-focused mindset.
. IT proficiency, particularly in Excel.

. A permanent, full-time position: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm.
