You could be a CI Co-ordinator/facilitator, Business Improvement Manager or a Production Shit Manager with strong exposure to CI/Lean manufacturing techniques and projects.
We are currently working with a well-established, multi-site food manufacturer who are looking for a CI Co-ordinator to join the team, Mon-Fri 08:30am-17:00pm.
You will be responsible for people management, providing support and clear instructions, apply and utilise CI Tools and Techniques, data and analysis, CI coaching and leading improvement teams, working closely with the CI Manager to implement and integrate a strong improvement culture.
To be successful in this role you will ideally hold a Six Sigma Green Belt of above, however experience within implementing projects, trainings, exposure to Lean/CI techniques and incorporated in your day to day will suffice. You will have a good understanding of H&S/food safety standards, leadership skills and ability to work with SMT down to shop floor staff, manufacturing excellence, CI projects and coaching, keen eye for data and analysis and a strong people manager.
