We are looking for an enthusiastic Logistics Co-Ordinator to join our clients expanding logistics team in their Leicester-based warehouse. This role plays a key part in ensuring the seamless movement of deliveries to customers worldwide. The successful candidate will liaise with couriers, manage export documentation, and support the warehouse team in delivering exceptional service.

Description of the role:

  • Coordinate end-to-end fulfilment of customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Manage and issue export documentation to comply with international shipping regulations.
  • Liaise with customers regarding shipping costs, updates, and any delivery-related issues.
  • Oversee ad hoc courier bookings for both internal and external deliveries.
  • Maintain inventory records and ensure all stock is stored appropriately.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to optimise delivery routes and reduce shipping costs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
  • Assist in warehouse operations during busy periods.

About you:

  • 3+ years' experience in an administrative or logistics role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong IT and Excel skills (experience with SAP Business One is an advantage).
  • Ability to work effectively in a small team and adapt to changing priorities.
