Job Description:We are seeking a passionate and experienced Music Teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in music education and a commitment to inspiring students through engaging and innovative teaching methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality music lessons to students at various levels up to Key Stage 4
- Develop and implement a comprehensive music curriculum that meets educational standards.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and creativity.
- Organise and lead school concerts, performances, and other musical events.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Music Education or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching music in a school setting.
- Strong knowledge of music theory, history, and performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
