About the Role: Hays are in partnership with an Ofsted rated 'Good' College. They are seeking a passionate and dedicated PE and Dance Teacher to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality PE and dance lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will inspire and motivate students to develop their physical skills, creativity, and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging PE and dance lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Organise and lead extracurricular sports and dance activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Degree in Physical Education, Dance, or a related field.
  • Experience teaching PE and dance at secondary school level.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Commitment to promoting physical fitness and well-being.
