As the Sales & Marketing Specialist, you’ll drive the adoption and optimisation of their sales enablement platform, creating impactful sales content and collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless functionality and user engagement. This role offers an opportunity to combine content creation with strategic marketing, empowering their sales team with the right tools, content and training to grow and enhance brand performance.

Location: Remote position (Must be able to reliably commute to Leicester for meetings)

Hours: 25 hours per week

Salary: £20,000 - £28,000 per annum (Pro-rata for part-time hours)

The Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance and continual optimisation of the sales enablement platform
  • Monitoring user engagement and gathering feedback
  • Create sales content to support the salesforce in nurturing prospects and converting them to customers
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to identify content gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Regularly review and update existing content to ensure accuracy and alignment
  • Ensure content presents the brand in a professional manner
  • Develop clear briefs for external partners to create compliant and compelling sales materials, and manage these relationships for timely, cost-effective delivery.
  • Partner with sales managers to provide training on platform use and best practices
  • Offering ongoing support and troubleshooting for any issues
  • Use analytics tools to track content performance and platform engagement
  • Producing regular reports to measure impact and identify areas for improvement

About You

  • Strong communication, organisational, and project management skills
  • Proven experience in content creation and copywriting
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
  • Experience in tracking the success of enablement tools
  • Relevant marketing qualifications would be beneficial
