Community Nurse - Registered General Nurse - District Nurse
We have opportunities for both experienced and newly qualified Registered Nurses (Adult) Based in Leicester as a Community Nurse.
Job responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to individuals and families in the community- Conduct health assessments and develop personalized care plans- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly- Educate patients and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-care techniques- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care- Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality
Skills:
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team- Proficient in using electronic medical records systems- Knowledge of community resources and support services- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
