We are assisting a well renown not-for-profit organisation based in Leicestershire, who are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join their growing team on a fixed-term basis for 9 -12 months.
This is a full-time position with a salary of £65,000 per annum, allowing up to 3 days working from home per week dependant on business needs.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Assist in leading the end-to-end operation HR team, recruitment, talent management and risk management, overseeing a team of 5 HR Business Partners
- Acting as a point of escalation for any complex matters, for any of the Business Partners seeking supporting for challenging topics including employee relations, strategic planning and any other issues
- Undertaking 1 on 1s with members of the team on a bi-weekly basis, in order to assess and assist with ER casework, onboarding and recruitment challenges, as well as tribunals
- This role is primarily operational and reactional, whilst having some strategic elements including talent strategy and succession planning
Expertise required:
- Ideally CIPD L7 qualified, minimum of L5
- Experience of line management in HR
- Ability to resolve complex ER cases efficiently
