- Managing and logging maintenance requests efficiently
- Coordinating with contractors to schedule repairs and services

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Administrator, Facilities Management or similar role (preferred but not essential)
