You’ll be the key link between tenants, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing and logging maintenance requests efficiently
  • Coordinating with contractors to schedule repairs and services
  • Keeping accurate records and updating systems regularly
  • Processing invoices and monitoring maintenance budgets
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
  • Providing excellent customer service and support
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Previous experience as a Maintenance Administrator, Facilities Management or similar role (preferred but not essential)
