The Company:

Optima UK are a Leicester based, independently owned Recruitment business which spans a wide range of sectors and roles within Manufacturing, Engineering, and the Professional Services industries.

The Administrator Role:

Due to further expansion of existing contracts, we are recruiting for a talented individual to join our Manufacturing Team as a Front of House Administrator.

  • Full onboarding training provided regardless of experience.
  • Consistent, onsite management support to assist with any questions and ongoing training.

Responsibilities:

  • Cover the front desk to support on answering incoming calls and welcoming visitors to the building.
  • Supporting Consultants in registering new candidates who have responded to job adverts and are due to start.
  • Support in adding and formatting CVs to the database as requested.
  • Assistance with additional administrative projects as required.

The Candidate:

  • Confident phone manner and a willingness to pick up the phone.
  • Comfortable in meeting new people.
  • Experienced in general administrative tasks and good with numbers.
  • Attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Personable, Energetic, and Professional in nature.
