We are looking for an experienced Office Manager / PA for a successful property business in the East Midlands on a permanent basis.Working as part of a dynamic and friendly team, this role will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of the office alongside providing exceptional support to the Director. Your responsibilities will work across managing office activities, coordinating schedules, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks

Provide comprehensive PA support to the Director

Pro-active email management

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

Handle client inquiries and provide exemplary customer service

Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace

Assist with property listings and CRM management

In order to be considered for this role, you will have the following:

Socially and emotionally intelligence coupled with demonstrable experience of working as an Office Manager and PA

Excellent telephone manner and communication skills

Genuine interest in the property industry

Proficient in using IT software and tools (experience with Vebra/Reapit/Dezrez or similar CRM software is a plus)

Previous experience in the property industry

Ability to work effectively as part of a successful team

Full UK driving licenceIn return, you will receive:

Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience

Job Type: Full-time, 9am - 5.30pm, plus weekend availability (9am - 1pm) every other SaturdayExcellent working environment and enhanced holiday
