RECEPTIONIST / OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO START ASAP

We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to join our team as a Receptionist and Administrative Support. In this key role, you will help maintain the smooth operation of a busy reception and assist with administrative duties. If you are motivated, forward-thinking and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and greeting clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Ensuring all visitors are welcomed and assisted to the correct meeting room
  • Answering and directing phone calls to the correct team members, providing information and assistance where needed
  • Assisting the admin department with time-sensitive tasks such as filing, data entry and document preparation, ensuring high accuracy and confidentiality
  • Inputting invoices onto SAGE as and when required
  • Answering incoming calls and diverting to the relevant department within the company
  • Coordinating meeting rooms, scheduling appointments and ensuring meeting spaces are set up with required equipment and materials.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Well-organised and able to meet deadlines.
