�? What You'll Be Doing:

? Providing 1:1 and group support to students with behavioural needs? Encouraging positive behaviour, resilience, and self-confidence? Building strong relationships with students to help them succeed? Working alongside teachers and pastoral staff to implement behaviour strategies? Being a role model and making a real impact in young people's lives

?? Previous experience working with young people in a professional setting is essential?? A positive, patient, and resilient mindset - you thrive on challenges!?? Strong communication and relationship-building skills?? A passion for helping students overcome barriers to learning?? The ability to stay calm under pressure and think on your feet
