Working at a busy exam centre in Leicester city centre, a short walk from the train station.  The centre is open three days per week Tuesday, Thursday and SaturdayThey are looking for a steward to join them on a casual contract to help out  on an ad-hoc and casual basis over the next few monthsThis would suit a student who is available 2-3 days per week ideally Tuesday/Thursday and Satruday. You will be required to start this coming Thursday 3 OctoberYou will be working as a Steward and duties will involve:  
  • Meeting and greeting candidates as they arrive for their exam
  • Escorting them through the exam centre
  • Ensuring they arrive at designated exam room at the right time
  • Adhering to social distancing at all times 
 About you
  • experienced in a customer service roles such as hospitality or retail
  • have excellent communication skills and able to liaise effectively with a wide range of people 
  • excellent time management skills
  • ability to interact with people from a wide range of backgrounds 
  • comfortbale working in a face to face customer environment
  • could suit a student 
Typical shift time is 8:15am - 4:45pmRate of pay is £12 per hour
