Client Details

Our client is a Midlands based Housing Association with a large concentration of housing stock in Leicester and surrounding areas.

Description

  • You will be responsible for carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance in occupied properties
  • You will be required to carry out a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, primarily plastering repairs however you will also be required to undertake basic repairs in carpentry, plumbing, decorating and other general building works

Profile

  • Ideally you will have a recognised qualification in Plastering (NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds)
  • Previous experience working in social housing repairs and maintenance is essential
  • Other qualifications such as; Asbestos awareness, Working at Heights and Manual Handling are desirable
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Van & Fuel Card provided
